ARUN'S AI LAB
Start with the work. Then make the AI earn its place.
I build small, inspectable tools around a real task, a clear boundary and an outcome a person can judge.
Find a real problem
Useful AI starts with work someone already needs to do. The lab uses fictional office tasks so the teaching surface stays safe and concrete.
Frame it clearly
State the job, the evidence available and what the system must not claim. Missing context is a result, not something to invent.
Pick the right model
Compare the trade-offs, including cost and the limits of what has actually been measured.
Ship something useful
Every example remains labelled, reversible and open to inspection. Read the build diary on each working tool.
Build diaries
What failed, what was used and what still needs Arun’s notes stay visible on each build.
How this was built
Build diary awaiting Arun’s notes. Empty fields below are intentional; no build story or time estimate has been invented.
- Tools used
- OpenAI Codex, Next.js 16, TypeScript, Impeccable
- Models used to build
- Arun to add
- Rough hours
- Not recorded
- What failed
- A same-origin hostname mismatch surfaced in the production smoke test and was fixed. Live providers remain intentionally disabled.
